Whether installation into or onto the roof or mounting on wall consoles and bottom supports with concrete blocks – thanks to the modular concept, any type of installation can be realised with the solar collector FKA. In all installations the same components are used for the mounting and the connection.

All mounting systems are prefabricated and subsequent adjustments are not necessary. The components are manufactured industrially of high quality materials and guarantee a long life of the mounting structure.

Roof-mounted installation

The installation onto the roof is carried out with stainless steel roof clamps that are easy to install and which have also been effective with high weight of snow and wind loads. Depending on the roof there are various roof clamps. For snowy regions special forms are available. The prefabricated roof lead through is easy to install and provides a pleasant overall picture. In addition to that, a special profi le permits the fast installation of the collectors.

Roof-integrated installation

The collector FKA can be installed easily into the roof. The prefabricated sheet metal covering have been proven for years and form an aesthetic image of the roof. They meet all requirements concerning impermeability, simple installation, harmonious integration as well as ventilation of the collector fi eld.

Bottom support

The installation on fl at roofs takes place with base consoles made of light and weatherproof aluminium, without any additional special profi les. The fastening of the base console is possible with fi xing anchors as well as by means of weighting with concrete blocks.

Wall console

The installation on façades or railings is realized with wall consoles. The wall consoles are also made of light and weatherproof aluminium. The installation of the collectors is realized without any special profi les.
